The team is a core backend team, responsible for high performance services that serve both customers and other system components. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in our development processes, including reviewing pull requests, mentoring teammates, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest engineering standards

Our Tech Stack:

Who you are:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development- Must
Strong server-side experience
Experience with high throughput, low latency, mission-critical distributed systems

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team and work closely with the VP of Marketing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working with multiple teams across the company. Website Management
Monitor and maintain the company website to ensure smooth performance
Work with external vendors (SEO, Webmaster, Designer etc’)
Spot and resolve potential warnings or errors flagged by Google or other monitoring tools
Regularly update content and visuals on the site, including press releases and news
Digital Marketing
- Linkedin- Maintain the company LinkedIn page, Schedule and upload posts , Track performance and engagement, Upload video content and support paid campaigns
Google- Monitor campaigns and help optimize budget allocation to improve performance

Who you are:
You have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marcom/ marketing communications preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or other B2B companies targeting the US market
Strong understanding of digital channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website content management
Experience working with designers on visual marketing comms such as banners, presentations, landing pages etc’.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customers Department in the U.S. This role supports Sales, Agencies, SSP partners, and internal technical teams in setting up and managing programmatic campaigns across Web, CTV, and In-App environments. The position is hands-on, operational, and customer-facing, combining programmatic campaign setup, audience data work, and pre-sales involvement. The role reports directly to the VP Customers who is located in Israel.
What you’ll be doing
Customer & Sales Support
- Support Sales teams in pre-sales conversations by explaining capabilities and campaign workflows as well as conducting Demo sessions to customers
- Join agency calls to help translate customer needs into campaign setups.
- Provide status updates, performance insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Programmatic Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage online programmatic campaigns using Intent IQ’s internal systems.
- Configure campaign parameters based on agency briefs and targeting requirements.
- Work with SSP partners (Nexxen, Magnite, Progmatic) to set up deals, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain proper supply paths.
- Handle operational workflows such as trafficking, QA, optimizations, and reporting.
Audience & Data Work
- Define and curate audiences, build data packages, and map them into deals.
- Collaborate with Datonics to leverage audience data and ensure accurate implementation.
- Understand taxonomies, segment structures, and data activation logic.
Technical Collaboration
- Work with internal technical teams as well as Data companies and SSPs to ensure campaigns are properly configured and in Intent IQ systems and function properly.
- Utilize internal dashboards, SSP interfaces, and additional tools and reports to monitor, validate, and optimize campaign delivery and performance.
- Identify issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to process improvements.
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, media buying, or agency programmatic teams.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: SSPs, DSPs, deal IDs, data segments, audience curation, and general ad-tech concepts.
- Ability to work with technical systems and dashboards; strong analytical skills.
- Customer-facing experience – joining calls, supporting Sales, explaining tech to non-technical clients.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and external partners.
- Strong communication and project management skills as well as an overall “can do” approach and high execution skills.
