About the team:
Intent IQ offers a service that allows advertisers to identify and reach their target audience without relying on third-party cookies. We process billions of signals from people using their TVs and browsing the web, using our unique technology and patents to build an identity graph. This identity graph helps our clients effectively recognize and engage with audiences across different environments.

Intent IQ’s platform handles the entire process – from data onboarding and activation through ad platforms (SSPs) to targeting, measurement, and attribution. This enables advertisers to engage audiences in environments where cookies are not available, such as connected TV (CTV), Safari browsers, and other cookieless spaces, while optimizing campaign performance.

We are loooking for a highly experienced and technically adept Tech Lead to join our team, with deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically on the demand side (DSPs). Experience with integrating with 3rd party audience and deal management platforms, enabling rich, automated control over targeting, segmentation, and media buying workflows.

 

Tech stack:

Included among other things:  Java, Spring, GO, Aerospike, Cassandra, Protobuf, AWS services (SQS, Lambda, S3, EKS and others), Redis, and more.

 

What you will do: 

  • Take a leading role in the growing IDealIQ360 team, owning both new and existing products and services.
  • Design and develop high-performance backend components that handle high throughput and big data.
  • Build new microservices and features, many of which require integration with third-party platform APIs, including direct collaboration with API providers.
  • Work on cutting-edge, technologically advanced projects that have a real impact.
  • Tackle diverse and complex challenges at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Pipeline, DevOps, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver robust solutions.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in server-side Java development.
  • Experience in multi threaded concurrent code.
  • Experience using cache systems with high throughput, low latency, and mission-critical distributed systems (Redis/MemCache/Other).
  • Experience with relational and non relational Data Bases.
  • Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
  • AdTech experience with demand side platforms, DMPs and segmentation. 
  • B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Bonus points:

  • BigData oriented development experience.
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience in working with Maven.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they fully realize the potential of Intent IQ’s identity solutions. Your role will include:

  • Client Onboarding & Enablement: Lead seamless onboarding processes to set clients up for success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
  • Data Insights & Strategy: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize client strategies.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client within Intent IQ, collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and improve solutions.
  • Training & Support: Deliver tailored training sessions and provide resources to help clients maximize their use of our solutions.
  • Growth & Retention: Proactively monitor account health, identify opportunities for growth, and drive client satisfaction.


Who you are:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager 
  • At least 3 years in the AdTech industry- MUST
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic advertising- MUST
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
