About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic VP Customers to lead and scale our publisher-facing customer success and professional services teams. This role is pivotal in building long-lasting partnerships with our clients, optimizing their programmatic monetization, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and retention. Reporting directly to the CTO, the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the AdTech ecosystem, particularly within the programmatic landscape, combined with strong operational and technical leadership skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, grow, and mentor the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to deliver exceptional support and strategic guidance to our publisher partners.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that maximize revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction.
- Act as a neutral, trusted advisor between clients and internal teams, ensuring fluent communication and alignment on expectations.
- Drive high-value engagements across onboarding, optimization, upsell, and renewal phases.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Commercial teams to manage client agreements, including negotiating terms, amendments, and renewals.
- Ensure full compliance and understanding of contractual and legal obligations within customer engagements.
- Understand and optimize programmatic revenue flows, including the RTB (Real-Time Bidding) lifecycle on the publisher side.
- Provide technical leadership and consultative expertise, particularly around Prebid.js, header bidding strategies, and related programmatic technologies.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key demand partners and monetization platforms.
- Represent the “voice of the customer” internally, influencing product development, technical solutions, and operational improvements.
- Report regularly to the CTO on key metrics, escalations, and strategic account developments.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in AdTech, leading Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, RTB lifecycle, and publisher-side monetization.
- Strong technical background, including deep understanding of RTB mechanics, Prebid.js, and related publisher-side technologies.
- Experience managing client-facing contractual negotiations and collaboration with internal legal functions.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership style: neutral, fair, highly collaborative, and strategic.
- Demonstrated success working with demand-side platforms and monetization companies is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical and commercial conversations with C-level executives.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with Prebid Server and server-side header bidding environments.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, SSPs, DSPs, and AdOps best practices.
- Experience scaling customer success organizations during periods of rapid company growth.

Intent IQ offers a service that allows advertisers to identify and reach their target audience without relying on third-party cookies. The Core team is at the heart of the company’s technology, responsible for developing and maintaining our flagship product: a cutting-edge identity graph. This identity graph is built by processing vast volumes of data sourced from high-throughput online signals and large-scale files.
The team manages the ingestion, transformation, and storage of data in big data databases, ensuring seamless operations across distributed, cloud-based systems. Core engineers collaborate closely with the Data Science team to design and maintain complex, scalable pipelines that power the identity graph, leveraging advanced algorithms and innovative approaches. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Core team plays a pivotal role in delivering a top-tier, market-leading product. Their work directly impacts the accuracy, performance, and scalability of the identity graph, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a diverse team of backend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to effectively achieve goals.
- Set technical direction and best practices for the team, ensuring high-quality code, system architecture, and adherence to development standards.
- Take a hands-on approach, actively participating in the full development lifecycle, including design reviews, detailed design, and code reviews.
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and optimization of features in production, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data science team, QA engineers and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
Our tech stack:
Included among others: Java, Python, Cassandra, Aerospike, Protobuff, AWS services (SQS, Lambda (Python), S3, athena, DynamoDB), Spring, Redis.
Who you are:
- 6+ experience working as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
- 2+ years of proven experience managing a development team including code review and architecture decisions, sprint planning, and delivery ownership.
- Proven Experience leading end-to-end development projects – from translating product needs into technical tasks to execution and delivery
- Strong server-side (Java – Spring) experience
- Experience with mission critical distributed systems for high throughput and low latency.
- Ability to translate feature requirements to high-level design in mentoring and conducting code reviews.
- Experience with Big Data DB
- Experience working with Microservice architecture and distributed messaging technologies
- Experience in Data oriented development
- Experience with cloud platforms- preferably AWS
- B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent- advantage
- Experience in the AdTech, understanding of ORTB- A huge advantage

- Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and programmatic advertising
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution oriented approach.
- Strong spoken and written English and Hebrew
- Willingness to work with U.S.-based clients, including partial overlap with U.S. business hours
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
