What you’ll do:
Define the product roadmap, manage the development timeline, integration steps, and functional progress
Facilitate development processes across several internal interfaces
Work closely with R&D teams
Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights
Participate in pre-sales calls with customers and conduct product demonstrations
What will you bring:
3-5 years of experience in product management
Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with multicultural and offshore teams
Previous experience in bringing an idea to life (e.g., a startup, a big project)
Good understanding of UI/UX
Familiarity with market research, business analysis, and product techniques
Ability to understand, discuss, and communicate technical concepts, prioritization, and risk assessment
Proficient in English, as many of our customers and team members are English-native or offshore
A strong collaborator who knows how to engage, collaborate, and motivate others
Experience with B2B products
Experience in ad-tech (product, ad ops, media buying, programmatic, etc.) is highly advantageous
Strong Technical Background – an advantage
Experienced as product in Machine / Deep learning – an advantage
About the team:
The team is a core backend team, responsible for high performance services that
serve both customers and other system components.
The team is also responsible for operational data management and other
infrastructure services and flows that allow the system to remain in high
performance at all times.
Tech stack:
Included among other things: Java, Spring, Cassandra, Protobuf, Spark, AWS services (SQS, Lambda, S3, Athena, EMR and others), Redis, and more.

- Be a part of a growing backend infrastructure team and take ownership of core backend services.

- Data transportation (ETL) – the team acts as the BUS that enables complex
communication necessary for every multi-service system. responsible for
extracting data and making it available for other groups and services. - Cross Device Attribution Service – Intent IQ’s CTV/OTT graph facilitates
CTV/OTT targeting and attribution using online and offline data. Over 114M
households and offices in the US and Canada. As a team member, you will
contribute and have a key role in developing new features and improving
the accuracy scale and overall performance of this amazing service. - Intent IQ’s Cookieless Audience Activation service – targets and retargets
desired iPhone cookieless audiences using advertisers’ 1st-party, 3rd-
party, and onboarded data at no additional cost for the advertiser.

The team collaborates with the Data Science team as their data supplier and is

About the role:
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in israel. The ideal candidate has experience putting together and executing a marketing plan that reflects the company’s goals and runs in harmony across multiple channels including conferences, events, digital ads and the website. Especially important is experience in the online adtech industry, in sponsoring industry conferences, initiating and managing events for clients, prospects and partners as well as overseeing advertising campaigns with emphasis on LinkedIn and Google.This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, industry trends, and customer behavior.
What you will be doing:
● Marketing Plan Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plan to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as BizDev, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align marketing plan with overall company strategy
● Industry Conferences and Events
- Collaborate with management to identify relevant industry events
- Identify and evaluate potential conferences for sponsorship opportunities that align with Intent IQ’s brand and business objectives
- Manage and work on company’s presence at sponsored conferences and events to ensure company’s goals from the conference/event are met
- Plan and organize IIQ-initiated events, either as stand-alone or co-sponsored with partners, aimed at strengthening relationships with existing clients and engaging prospects, particularly in conjunction with conferences. Attend marketing events and oversee their success, ensuring all objectives are met
- Collaborate with IIQ’s on-stage speakers to craft compelling and impactful presentations
● Digital Advertising and Video Campaigns
- Collaborate with search and social media ad experts to manage and optimize Intent IQ’s Google and LinkedIn campaigns
- Partner with IIQ management and external video studios to produce compelling marketing videos that align with the company’s branding and messaging
● Content Creation and PR
- Initiate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including website and social content, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Work with company’s PR agency on the company’s messaging across different channels, building and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners with the goal of propagating company’s messages
● Market Research and Adaptation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, specifically in AdTech companies Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing plans.
- Experience in sponsoring conferences, initiating, planning and executing field marketing events
- An existing network and the ability to broaden your network to drive awareness and create meaningful collaborations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to travel abroad for events and conferences
