JAVA INFRASTRUCTURE | Backend developer

  • B.Sc Computer Science/8200 dev team

  • 4+ years of programming experience in Java (server-side) is required, preferably on a web application product
  • Experience with infrastructure development for BigData & key/value distributed memory
  • Experience with Tomcat - advantage
  • Experience with Java open-source technology (Spring, Hibernate, Redis, Kafka, etc.) - advantage
  • Experience in BigData's Cassandra - advantage
  • Experience with Cloud environment & Linux - advantage
  • Experience with online advertising ecosystem - advantage


  • 5+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator
  • Experience working & managing a Cloud data Center with 100+ instances on live production
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS (ALB, ELB, AutoScale, Route53, CodeDeploy, AWS Containers/Dockers)
  • Experience with configuration management systems (Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc.)
  • Experience with Monitoring tools (Graphana, Opsview, Logstash, Elastic search, Graphite, Prometheus etc.)
  • Experience with Shell scripting and one or more of the following scripting languages - Python, Ruby, Perl
  • Experience with web operations, architecture design, troubleshooting and performance turning.

  • Align your goals with the company’s strategic objectives and grow revenue and market share to acquire customers in a competitive industry.
  • Close net new accounts by selling one or more of the many solutions/products within the Identity Hub solution set at Intent IQ.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and critical needs.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise by addressing customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, technology strategies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers.
  • Navigate large-scale long-term transactions.
  • Collaborating with multiple internal teams to support sales and overall platform success.
  • Forecast revenue, articulate account status, update management and marketing on competitor intelligence.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Reports directly to the VP of Sales & Business Development.
  • New York City based position but working national accounts.
  • 7+ years of technical sales experience in the Martech / Adtech / Identity space selling identity / data solutions into other platforms and Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills that are broadly applicable to different organizational levels.
  • Ability to understand a prospect’s pain points and construct a tailored solution.
  • Expertise in navigating large, complex organizations, identifying influencers, and closing business.
  • Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex details simply.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth goals.
  • A can-do attitude and passion for new products and solutions.
  • Ability to represent yourself as the face of the company through presence at industry-wide events.
  • Preferred if you have sold device graphs into platforms.
  • Preferred digital ecosystem experience including programmatic.
  • Must have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States.
