This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Team Lead.
The Backend Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of developers to create and maintain Intent IQ’s backend infrastructure.
This includes developing and implementing software solutions, ensuring the efficient operation of the company’s backend systems, and collaborating with other teams to ensure product goals are met.
The Backend Team Lead will also be responsible for mentoring team members and identifying areas for development and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team of developers
• Expertise in backend development, architecture, and infrastructure using Java
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot critical issues quickly
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in Identity resolution, Data privacy, and online advertising is a plus.
