Intent IQ – Data Subject Rights
AVAILABLE RIGHTS: If you reside in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or have similar rights by law in your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding the personal information that Intent IQ maintains about you. The rights herein are only available to you if you are a resident of such jurisdictions and the laws of such jurisdiction apply to Intent IQ. These rights may include the right to access your information, the right to delete your information, the right to correct your information, the right to opt-out of selling/sharing of your information, the right to opt-out of targeted advertising with your information and other rights available under applicable laws and/or as set forth in our Technology Privacy Policy.
Please keep in mind that Intent IQ’s products and services do not include the collection and use of identifiable information such as your name, physical address or unhashed email address. Rather, Intent IQ’s data is used to identify a device and may consist of mobile device IDs (such as advertising IDs a/k/a “MAIDS”), cookies, IP addresses, user agents and hashed email addresses. We generally do not create targeting segments or make advertising targeting decisions based on your data. Rather, our primary business is to enable others, such as our clients, to make their own targeting decisions based upon the sites and services that you have accessed online. EXERCISING RIGHTS *:Intent IQ uses, sells and shares the information we possess so that more relevant ads and other services can be delivered to you by third parties. While this information may be directly tied to your individual device (such as a computer or mobile device), this information may be “probabilistically” tied to your device. This means that we believe the information is tied to your device, but it may in fact be tied to other devices. Therefore, when you opt-out using the method below, it is possible that we will be opting out other devices in addition to yours that are on the same computer network with you.
Opt-out of selling, sharing or targeted advertising with your information & delete your personal information: If you click the buttons below, you will be able to opt-out of the selling, sharing or targeted advertising with the personal information that we possess, and we will also delete such information, which we believe is tied to your device.
Access your personal information: If you click the buttons below, you will be able to see the personal information that we possess which we believe is tied to your device.
Correction and Other Rights: You may have additional rights, such as the right to correct your information. Our information is generally not the type of information that you can (or would want) to correct. For more information about correction, please send us an email at privacy@intentiq.com.

* Please note that you will need to repeat these processes on every browser on every device you wish to delete or opt out, and if you change your browser (e.g., from Firefox to Chrome) or device, you will need to repeat these steps again.
** While IIQ provides the technical means for our clients to receive notification of deleted data, it is up to the client to integrate with Intent IQ. Having said that, our clients generally prefer to just use fresh data. Our data is refreshed very frequently by our clients (usually on a daily basis), so once you make a request above to delete your information, it will naturally result in these third parties no longer having your information when they next refresh their data with Intent IQ.
